ABOUT US
Bahrain Services & Maintenance Co. B.S.C(c) has been providing first class Security Services for the past 22 years. These services are provided as 303 SECURE SHIELD and BASMA SECURITY. BASMA was the first company to obtain the License from the Ministry of Commerce to provide Security Guard service in Bahrain since its legal requirement came into force in 2006. All our guards, deployed on security duties, are registered with Ministry of Interior and have completed adequate training course from qualified Instructors of Min. of Int. prior deployment.
Keeping in mind our mission, we maintain a 8hr/12hrs duty shift round the clock in most of the locations and have sufficient number of drivers with dedicated transportation vehicles for meeting customer requirements.
TRAINING
BASMA is committed to provide high quality of Security Guard Services to all our customers. Majority of the Guards are recruited from the Asian Subcontinent with required level of English language proficiency and other educational standard. The company gives high preference for Ex-Servicemen/Ex-Police personnel. BASMA provides a minimum of 120 Hrs external training to all guards through the Ministry of Interiors with emphasis of following subjects:-
Self - Awareness
- Purpose of Security Guard
- Objectives & qualities of a Guard
- Patrolling duties & procedures
- Access control types and authorized entry methods
Protection
- Protection of life, property, prevention of loss and waste
- Prevention & deterring of crime
- First aid for wounds, fracture, burn cases, shock
Immediate Response
- Action during fire emergency, bomb threat and role in evacuation
- Fire fighting methods
- Security and Emergency system, fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV
Reporting
- Communication and reporting procedure
- Procedure for CPR
- Search rules and procedures
- Customer service
BASMA is providing Induction, Training & Periodical(weekly) refreshment training to all Guards to meet the requirements of customers and to achieve total customer satisfaction In addition, Quarterly internal training on use of Security systems like CCTV, Fire alarm, Boom Barriers and other latest security gadgets is organized by the Department Head of BASMA's Fire & Security Alarm Division.
